An interview with Patrick Theut. He tells his story of how he was diagnosed with 4 years to live until death by sudden heart failure. He delves into research, did some experimentation on himself, and let measurable results guide his way. He gives much technical detail and it will require a re-watch and perhaps taking of notes.
He currently coaches pole vaulting competitors in the Olympics.
